Valentine’s Day Cooking Class
The 14th of February enjoy a romantic dinner in a unique and rare location in the heart of Chianti side.
What you can expect from this Special Cooking Class:
You will be greeted with a special appertize and meanwhile I will prepare some snacks for you, you can relax on the sofa, drinking a good “Prosecco”. In this way I can tell you the story of San Gusmè and the magic atmosphere of another time that surrounds it, before starting with the preparation of Ravioli Pasta, that seems to be easy but you’ll see that there is something tricky at the beginning.
The Menu consist in:
Artichocks Carpaccio with Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegard of Modena, Aged
Ravioli Pasta filled with Ricotta Cheese and Spinach, drizzled with Butter and Sage
Pork Fillet with Ham and sage
Herbs sauteé
Strawberry Tirmisu
All will be accompanied by Chianti Wine
A sweet surprise at the end of the dinner.
Some information for organization:
- The class will start at 5 pm and the dinner will be ready at 8 pm
- By 2 to 6 people max.
