Panettoncini for Christmas'table
Finally my easy to do recipe of a variation of “Panettone”.
I thought about an easy recipe that doesn’t need a long leavening and that can be used as a placeholder at the Christmas’table!

Mix all the ingredientsYou can use a planetary machine or you can mix the ingredients in a bowl, stiring with a wooden spoon. |

Form the RamekinWhen the dough is well leavened insert a little piece in each ramekin, about half ramekin and let it leaven again for one hour. |
