Even though it is not my favourite cake, today I experimented this new and easy to make recipe.
Creme Caramel is a custard dessert knew all over the world, but you can taste it in different texture and flavour. This recipe is for that people who doesn’t like to taste egg…in fact it is more like a soft cream.
It is worth to try it out!

Mix eggs and sugarIn a bowl mix the eggs till they are well blended and add the sugar. Mix till the sugar is well melted. |

Boiling Milk and add to the EggsIn a little casserole bring to the boil 500 gr. of Milk. When you see smoke rising take off from the fire and pour it in three steps into the eggs. |

Prepare the CaramelIn a separate casserole put 280 gr. of sugar and turn on the flame. Don't touch the sugar until you can see the liquid that comes from the bottom. At this point start stirring very quickly with a wooden spoon till it turns on a liquid. Turn off the flame and pour the Caramel on the mold. With the same caramel you can form different shapes to decorate the creme caramel with. |
