Cooking class with Pia !
In this period I am busy at a Professional Chef Accademy to help a special person who wants to learn italian cooking and pastry.
She is so young and friendly and easygoing person that I immediately emphatizy with her. Yesterday I invited her at my house to share our cuisines: my traditional and Tuscany one and hers Chilean! It is like how always end in my cooking classes, we get acquainted and then we share our knowledges ! Our cooking class included “Focaccia”, Rice with Artichokes, Giant Red Shrimps and “Cachapa” …. Chilean Pancake ! Our meal was so amazing that also Eva, my nice niece and Giulia my daughter jointed us to help and eat everythink!! And also we drank a good red wine that there is always plenty on my table ! 😉
